Cooking Class: Antsirabe

Start your day with an authentic Malagasy experience! We'll begin with a traditional pousse-pousse ride to the local market, where you'll immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere and shop for fresh ingredients. We'll focus on two key items: pork and ravitoto, a classic Malagasy dish made from cassava leaves.

Once we've gathered our ingredients, we'll return to the kitchen and light the charcoal fire together, just as locals do. Under the guidance of a local chef, you'll learn the step-by-step process of preparing this emblematic Malagasy meal.

After cooking, we'll sit down together to enjoy the fruits of our labor, sharing stories and savoring the rich flavors of Madagascar.
