Nosy Hara is a marine protected area created in 2011. It is one hour drive to the city Antsiranana then one hour and half on sailing boat. This excursion offers complete immersion of marine biodiversity and karstique formation called Tsingy. The coral reefs surrounding the archipelago offering fascinating spectacle of diving and snorkeling enthusiasts. A large chance to see the fish eagle, Haliaeetus Vociferoides.

Itinerary:

Day 1: Drive to Ampasindava Village

  • Swimming or snorkeling before lunch
  • Take an afternoon walk to the limestone walk ending by the view of sunset
  • The place is romantic, silent and nobody lives there

Day 2: Full-Day to Explore Nosy Hara

  • Walk to the View point to see the second smallest chameleon in the word – Brookesia Minima.
  • You will have some time to enjoy the sea view then island tour by boat to discover the 13 inlets.
  • In afternoon you decide your plan, the beach is wonderful.

Day 3: Transfer to Diego-Suarez after Breakfast

  • Early wake up for departure to Ampasindava village. You will have lunch there before continuing to the city
