Day 1: Arrival in Antananarivo – Welcome to the Red Island

  • Touch down in the vibrant highland capital of Madagascar. A warm local welcome awaits before you’re taken to your hotel to rest and soak in the first sights and sounds of the island.

Day 2: Tana – Miandrivazo – The Journey Begins

  • Hit the road westward through ever-changing landscapes: from highland hills to the dry and golden plains of the west. As the sun sets over Miandrivazo, you’ll feel the rhythm of Madagascar slow down, inviting you to fully embrace the adventure ahead.

Days 3 & 4: Tsiribihina River Descent – Into the Wild

Day 9: Morondava to Antsirabe – Road to the Highlands

Day 10: Antsirabe to Antananarivo – Back to the Capital

Day 11: Departure Farewell for Now

  • Depending on your flight time, you’ll be transferred to the airport. You leave with stories, smiles, and memories of a land like no other.
